Believe me, If I was at 13k with nothing but a BB gun, a lawn chair, and helium keeping me in the air, I'd be making some "wake turbulence" alright.....

He's right, I remember thinking that when I was little too, that if I just had enough of the balloons, I could fly!

That's pretty cool really... maybe not the safest or smartest move, but pretty cool.
