VALENCIA, CA - When Aim High Real Estate founder Jim Pera took his first flight in his parents 1946 Taylorcraft at the tender age of six weeks old, a lifetime disease as Jim calls it was set in motion! Today, Pera’s business which is managed with his wife Nicole and a select team of experts and advisors is striving to support the preservation and growth of aviation, by offering unique real estate services to the aviation and general real estate marketplaces.

With a lifelong passion for aviation, the Pera’s established Aviator Real Estate.com which offers nationwide solutions for buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, hangars, and airpark properties. The Pera’s and their team have a clear understanding of the changing marketplace, particularly with airport related real estate. “With all the closures of airports over the years, there is a larger demand for airpark’s and hangar space” states Pera.

These opportunities are basically becoming like beach property, as there are only so many options. Many of the larger airports are trying to run the smaller general aviation aircraft out of their facilities in favor of corporate aviation, thus increasing the demand in all categories. We’re currently working with numerous investors and developers to uncover and market as many opportunities as possible to continue the growth of aviation”, says Pera.

Aviator Real Estate.com not only helps with the growth of aviation, but also offers a unique program to help preserve aviation history. “My grandfather flew in WWII as a Navy bomber pilot and recently passed away of Alzheimer’s says Pera. Hearing his stories and being fortunate enough to grow up around vintage WWII aircraft, I developed a strong appreciation for the fighting forces, both past and present, which allows us the freedom that we have today. The fact that we are losing our vets from the “greatest generation” daily makes it harder for current youth to hear and learn from their stories.

To help this cause, we’ve developed a program with the world renowned Planes of Fame Air Museum, in Chino, CA to preserve aviation history for future generations to enjoy. From every sale that comes from our website we donate $1,000 to the Air Museum.

Each donation goes towards the maintenance and facilities to keep the museums aircraft in the air where they belong. As interactive as kids are today, this is a unique opportunity for them to come out and actually see these machines in action, rather than just read about them” says Pera.

As Nathan Hines found out, the Pera’s also love to share their passion for vintage aircraft with their clients. Hines, a Northrop Grumman employee, recently approached Aim High Real Estate to help him purchase a home. After locating Hines home of choice and successfully closing the transaction, the Pera’s surprised Hines with a ride in the Planes of Fame Air Museums P-51D Mustang!

“I knew their business was different from every other realtor when I first saw their flier with a P-51 on it, instead of themselves says Hines. I chose to work with them because of their professionalism, competency, and their connection to the aviation community.

Getting a ride in the Mustang as a closing gift was far above and beyond anything I expected in the home buying process. Hearing a Rolls-Royce Merlin start up is one thrill, but being thrust through the air by one is quite another. Flying in such a historic aircraft was a priceless experience” said Hines. Is this business related to Provenance Fighter Sales? The website looks almost exactly like theirs.

Great idea though!

Well, in about a year I'll be looking to purchase a home in the Phoenix area... but we are renting the first year just to know the area better. I'd love it if a airpark home comes on the market... like at Stellar or Pegasus.

I'll be calling ya'll then!
