I am reposting this question from the Dirigo Air Museum(Hopefully!?) board in hopes one of you will have a better Idea then I do about this.
Thanks

Dear Gents,

I was wondering if you could help me with an information query. I'm writing a
book (not
one about aviation history per se, unfortunately), and am trying to make it
historically
accurate, at least within the bounds of believability. To that end, I need to
find out what
kind of aircraft would most likely have flown in parabolic flight experiments
and/or
cosmonaut training from Zhukovsky Air Force base outside Moscow circa 1956, '57?
I'm
assuming it would have to be a jet; and ideally, for my story's purposes, a jet
big enough
to hold a small variety of physiological experiments from the nascent IMBP, the
Russian
Institute of Aviation and Space Medicine.

If anyone can give me any information or ideas that'll point me in the right
direction, I'd be
very grateful.

Thanks,

Charles Grefno
