Un-Formating Compact Flash Card

OK, I just formatted the wrong CF card and I need advice on recovery. I know there are options, or I hope there are in a case like this.

And "don't do that and don't do that again" I feel like have been covered in my brain several thousand times. :oops:

These guys did the job for me, with a couple of corrupted cards.

Found other pics erased earlier too! I have the 'Expert' (~that's ironic~)
