Warbird Information Exchange

This cool little thing is sittin' in front of the American Legion Post in Odessa, TX. I was surprised to see that it is mostly aluminum and has pnuematic tires rather than solid rubber. You can see in a couple of the pictures how it is corroding away. I wonder if the NMUSAF owns it? (Sorry mustangdriver...I couldn't resist )

Dang, I didn't know that was there.

The one in Austin is still in good shape. So is the one in Oklahoma City. There is one at Fort Sill in about the same shape as the one you showed.

I always figured if I couldn't have an M41, an M22 would be fun.

You have to look at some pictures with it manned to get an idea of just how small it is.
