WASP and instrument hookup lines

Gentlemen,
I am in need of the following information in attaching instruments to the Wasp (in this case a snap cap 1340)
Oil pressure line: #60 restrictor on the left side tap, but what size hose/tube? -4 system??
Manifold pressure line: #50 restrictor (at the instrument), but what size line? -4 again??
Fuel Primer line: I have heard -2, -3, -4.
