| Post subject: | Bosch SB9RU3 VS. Bendix SB9RN, which do you prefer & why ? |
I have a spare set of Bendix SB9RN's & Bosch SB9RU3's ready for overhaul. I was wondering what mag everyone prefers & why? From personal experience the Bendix SB9RN's are a pain to check the contacts because the clam shell's never go back together easily in the aircraft. I've heard 2 or 3 people say they prefer the Bosch's but never elaborated exactly why. |
