It is a 5/16"-24 bolt threaded the entire length and threaded portion is 7/8" long.
It uses a AN316-5 nut as a jam nut.
I believe there is a NAS and possibly MS equivalent IIRC for these stop bolts.

The NAA drawing shows-
5B is the series
3 is a 5/16-24. 2 is 1/4-28, 4 is 3/8-24. All are threaded the entire length.
The -7 is length of the threaded portion and is measured in 1/8"s. 7=7/8, 4=4/8s or 1/2", ect

They have a slight arc machined on the head as well, so it isn't the normal face of the bolt head.

Thanks Gents. I've just ordered a couple from Lance, along with a few other bits and pieces. We are coming dangerously close to putting the back-end together.

Our wheels have just come back from being blasted. There is some damage around the very outside edge to a depth of 1/8th or so that would blend out easily. Is there any approved scheme for such damage?

The Original 5B3 series have a normal flat hex head 3/16" thick, 1/2" across the flats stamped Spec. OAL would be 7/8" + 3/16" or 1 1/16" in this case.
No curve on original print.

Maybe the ones I'm thinking of are for the stick and torque tube stops? Or maybe Harvar 4 is different?
