'Upper and Lower Deck' inspection for corrosion

FAA AD 5-38-01 calls for an inspection for corrosion of fuselage "upper and lower deck".

Anyone know what component this refers to? Can't find reference to "deck" in AN 01-60F-3

The Longerons in the tail cone that run from the truss mount to the tail
