Harvard IV fwd cockpit aux. instrument panel help?

Hello... I'm in need of the forward cockpit auxiliary instrument panel assembly and support bracket, (the aux. panel is a thin strip type panel thats located directly underneath the forward main instrument panel & mounts the primer pump, park brake handle and compass card holders), panel assy p/n 45-51009 and bracket assy p/n 45-51011.

I've exhausted all the usual avenues of acquisition I can think of, so am pretty much resigned to making a new one, but I don't have anything to copy from, so would greatly appreciate it if anyone here could provide some details that would assist... especially thickness of material and front face dimensions?
