Fighter Rebuilders (Steve Hinton) is just finishing Stephen Grey's P-39, and Yanks has just finished their P-39. I know there are significant bits of wreckage laying about at both places yet. Also, a P-39 gear leg was found after they did some excavation of a taxiway at Chino Airport from the old War Assets Administration disposal days.

Hi my name is Tony Cook .

I was on French island the other day in Victoria and visited a farm which had a lot of parts from Vultee Vengeance A 27 627 which belly landed on the beach 30/7/45.
Apparently a lot of people took parts and locals say that they are all spread over the island.
The farm I visited had some big parts like wing e.t.c

Welcome to the WIX, Tony.

Do you have any photos to post of those Vengeance bits?
