For a static project : DC-3 Tail wheel tire

Hello,
We are starting to restore DC-3 c/n 12253 but we need first to change the tail wheel tire. This is only to taxi the aircraft.

We found one but it just deflated (and teared down)... We are looking again for one.

I have a serviceable tire. No tube.
Do you have any DC-3 parts surplus for trade?
