FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP OFFERED • Forming a Equity based 501 (C) 7 Military Aircraft Flying Club (MAC) at F95, Calhoun County Airport located one hour East of Panama City, West of Tallahassee, and South of Dothan Al. January 2017 meeting. We plan to acquire/restore/operate a T-41A, T-41B, L-16 and O-1. Phase one is our T-41B with 8 members followed by the other aircraft with a total of 32 members. Members own one share/vote and shares may be sold upon leaving the Club. All assets are owned by the Club and members. Cost to join in phase one is $11,125, plus dues of $75/mo and $35/hr DRY per hour T-41B.
