Teardrop light lens source

Does anybody know of a source for the World War II style teardrop shaped navigation light lenses? I need about a dozen of them.

Can you provide a picture of what you need and some dimensions ?
Here is a photo of the ones we need. It is just short of 3 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and 1 inch tall.
