Deicer tools/parts 4 sale, need help to ID mystery parts

Hi, here are some deicer tools and supplies I bought at the online auction (in another thread). Make an offer! Also included are some mystery parts I need help identifying which also need a new home.
Two Deicer tensioners BF Goodrich E-771
Deicer peg positioning tool
patch material usable condition unknown (I've never worked on deicers!)
Two flat bottom Everhard Products rollers, used for deicers?
Maybe deicer positioning pegs?
Anderson Power Products Cat # 4621B Ground power receiver (needs cleaning but looks unused)
Mystery dowel pin or stores rack pin, aprox 5/8" dia, 4 1/2" overall
Brackets, one has # JA60856-3
jack pad adapters ?
Fire extinguisher brackets ?
