P-38 Dive Flap Actuator

I bought out an old surplus store and there is one of these new in the box. There has been one for sale on ebay for a long time at $500.00 with no takers. Anyone know what a realistic figure is for value? I'd really like to get rid of it.

$250.00 plus the ride and it is yours. Build a P-38 from scratch. :D
