I just acquired an inventory of about 1000 (mostly) used instruments from the 1940s-1970s decades: AC US Army, AF US Army, USAF, but most were originally sourced from US Navy air base dead stock liquidations during the 1970-80's. I am in the process of inventorying them and will be listing them on eBay (seller ID: 2banaviator) over the coming months. While they will be listed primarily for collectors, I'm sure that some can be used as exceptional cores for restorations or are perfectly presentable for static displays. I'm happy to try kit out a selection for a particular aircraft upon request. I also have a colleague who can restore to original manuf specs for 'experimentals'.

Here is a general listing of categories:

Altimeters (mostly 1960-70s)
Airspeed
Attitude Indicators
Angle of Attack
Fuel Pressure
Fuel Flow
Fuel Qty
Gyro Horizons
Directional Gyros
RMI
Course Indicators
Pressure
BMEP/Torque
Turn & Bank
Flap/Wheel Position
Fluxgate gyros/master indicators
Trim
Ammeter/Voltmeter
Oil Pressure
Oil Qty
Temperature
Manifold Press
Some autopilot components
Miscellaneous switches etc.

Sorry to say, but no clocks, accelerometers, or HSI's.

Feel free to email me at jturanin@att.net with any specific inquiries.

John
