Heavy Duty Rudder Trim Mechanism

I have found a few of these, and would like to know what they go to. I'm pretty sure they are WWII, but no parts numbers I can discern without disassembly- I can see the ink stamps but haven't had time to get them apart and investigate them. Thanks!
