Looking for NAS 147-25 Bolts

Has anybody got a source for some NAS 147-25 bolts? They're an internal wrenching bolt and I need sixteen (16) of them. The washers I have.

On this subject, where can you find the 12-point wrench for the 12 point internal wrenching bolts?
