Looking for BC-966 IFF receiver for P51-H museum project. Also looking for source for AN3150 battery to obtain empty battery case for static display. Sources or referrals appreciated. Thanks, Curt |

Lightening, Not much else to the set. The Mustang uses an AN-95A antenna which looks like an old time Auto antenna about 15" long. Our's was snapped off flush with the base but I was able to drill out the stub and fabricate a replacement. The inertia switch assy is available from a couple of the warbird parts sites (warbird-parts.com and wwiiaircraftparts.com). Check these 2 as I'm sure I saw the switch on one or the other last weekend. The control panel is the only other component and at least on the Mustang it is some switches and a headphone jack. Relatively easily fabricated from the drawings. Saw one Glenn Wegman built for a Mustang (beautiful work!). Missed a very nice BC-966 on ebay a few months ago due to inexperience with the process. What is your set going in? Curt |
