Gunsight Head Assembly Needed

Hello everyone, I need this to finish off an LT-6G restoration. Index No. 2 in the Parts List copy below has no North American Part No. as it was a Gov't Furnished Part, It is called a Head Assembly-Type A12.
The Gunsight Support can be made but if anyone has a partial or complete one I also would be interested. The part numbers for the gunsight support are as follows. Index No.3 168-61614, Index No.5 168-61612-3, Index No.6 168-61612-5. And of course another manual qoutes the whole Support Assembly Gunsight as a Part No. 168-61612
If you have one of these collecting dust on your desk I assure you this will be going into a flyable airworthy restoration you could be proud to have helped out on. Feel free to PM me or just respond under this subject.
