1/48 Lancaster "Dam Buster"

Does anyone out there knoiw of a manufacturer who issued a 1/48th scale Lancaster Bomber ? I would love to do the Dam Buster version if one was available. If so, anyone have a copy for sale?

Tamiya had a 1/48th Lancaster that could be configured as a Dam Buster. I don't know if they still make it. It was my favorite kit and I spent a great amount of time building it right. It was my best work as an amateur modeler, and I was very proud of it. Check ebay.

Tamiya did indeed make a 1/48 Lancaster with Dambuster configurations already fitted, they come up on ebay occasionally and I have two in my cupboard still in their boxes if you can find one and are desperate to get one?
