Post subject:  WWII Navy Mark 8 gun mount needed

Well, here's an odd one. I need a single fixed .50 caliber gun mount as used in the ErCo 250 SH ball turret (PB4Y-2 nose).

The parts manual calls it a Mark 8 gun mount. It's basically a couple of modified E-13 rails (specifically called Bell recoil adapters, as they were made by Bell Aircraft Co.) and a couple of specific cast and stamped brackets that mounts the Browning to the turret. I've supplied a couple of photos (albeit poor ones) of what the complete unit looks like. Someone dog robbed one off the turret for a souvenir long ago.

Anyone have one of these or even some parts to said? I have a couple of E-13 recoil rails I can use for this project but am really needing the front and rear stationary brackets (note the bracket to the front of the mount held to the turret with a large bolt, and then the rear bracket assembly under the recoil rails - the thingie with the roller assembly. The front bracket is made of steel and the back is a combo of steel and bronze). Before I modify the -13's and use the originals on the other side as patterns to make new, figured I'd ask if anyone had a spare... rusty and dirty are OK with me!
