I was doing some cleaning and found the following part in my garage:

It is roughly 3 feet long and in super condition. It has the part number: 82-48744A and 82-48718. It also has the inspection mark like the North American Aviation NAA in the circle - but it says NAK instead. If anyone is interested drop me an email or PM. For Sale or Trade to someone who needs it.

Van,

Not sure what the part is, but I believe it's from a P-51. I have the available P-51 blueprints on microfilm & the index for the film has a P/N 82-48439 (P-51s B/C & D) & 82-48652 (P-51A) listed.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help,

Mac

Looks similar to a Mustang radiator support, but I haven't worked on one in a while, so my memory could be tricking me.
