I am posting this for an older friend who has owned the plane for thirty years. It has a recent major OH done only a few months ago and is now 10 SMOH. No hail damage or corrosion, manual flaps, gravity flow fuel system with new carb, heavy E model gear legs. I have restored three L-19s and this plane is a good solid aircraft that needs minor sheet metal work, (clean up of old military patches with flush rivets), paint and interior.
The plane has a older King radio and transponder and is flying and in annual. The plane is based at F95 Calhoun County airport North Florida.
Please PM me for Bill's phone number so you can contact him directly. He just spent well over $20,000 on the major OH and the plane is priced to sell now.
