FS WWII Aircraft Cargo Binders

Brand new in the box. These are arranged like a regular load binder wth a reel, wire, and cam arrangement. They extend 6 feet. I use them to secure loads on the truck but they'd work on any WWII aircraft. They are light, about 3 lbs, but rate up to 2500 lbs. Price is $40.00 plus shipping.
