With the P-38 Glacier Girl either headed for or already in California, will the Lost Squadron Museum in Kentucky stay open?

Who said she was moving?

It has been mentioned that she has been purchased but nothing of her leaving KY.

Alot of money has been invested into Glacier Girl's new facility in Middlesboro.

In the January 2007 issue of Air Classics it says Glacier Girl will form part of the permanent Provenance Fighter Sales collection at the French Valley Airport in So. California. Steve Hinton will remain the primary pilot for the plane and the man who headed up the restoration Bob Cardin will also be moving to California to care for the plane. I assume they will take the Lost Squadron Museum with but that wasnt mentioned in the article.

Provenance purchased the airplane and the museum in a package deal. I haven't had a chance to ask them what the plan for the museum is, I'm sure that will be announced in due course.
