Apologies in advance for the off-topic post... I need a little help
I am trying to get some information on the educational benefits and requirements from those of us who are still in the military.
I am looking for the following bits of information:
1) What rank requires a Masters degree of some sort before being promoted? What rank (if any) requires a Bachelors degree of some sort before being promoted?
2) What is the military educational benefit for a masters degree program? (ie: they will pay up to $250 per credit hour toward a program)
3) What additional educational benefits are available above and beyond #2? (ie: loans, grants, etc)
