First Again!

This has taken a lot of work but the first 3 of 4 pages are posted from the Yankee Air Force Thunder Over Michigan show. Over 50 pics already! A special thanks to Mike, Kevin & Paul for hosting such a great airshow. Dave, Dan and Charles for letting me tag along on the flights. Tim, Jim, Alan, Tina, Vanessa and all the guys at the tent. Meeting all the WIX rats was a blast although I did miss out on the group shot. I will not say why :wink:

Oh ya, a special thanks to my wife, Bernadette, for attending the show with me. I'm sure Vanessa appreciated it to. :roll:

Wow... what can I say... I am almost crying because I missed it all!! Thanks for posting the pictures, Eric!!! The TBMs are great... the black and white of the Corsair... VERY nice! And the P-47 shot... awesome! Neat shot of the Widgeon... I have a few pictures of it when it was owned by the Wien family. Anyway... great shots...

WOW Eric, you are a very talented photographer! The most recognized names in the business have NOTHING on you at all! EXCELLENT work. Is this your full time profession?

I love the unique shots like the B&W Corsair, B&W tail shot of the Mildcat and the -47 running up...wicked! The three -47's all stacked is perfection.

Will you be at the CAF show in Midland TX this fall?

I think the 'most recognised names' have a new one among their number! I was a Warbird volunteer at Oshkosh and often overheard folks at the volunteer food shack mention 'That Dumigan guy', wondering whether Eric would be there. I gave out the website url several times and was often asked if I knew him - 'Nope, just a fan'.

Hope our paths do cross sometime though Eric. That Black Cat segment is very poignant, and the rest of the collection is just gorgeous. Excellent work!

Very nice work. You really have some nice artistic shots in there too!

Question,....on page four, those A-10's, never saw them carrying those drop tanks like that? is that what they are? it had me puzzled, a new sight to see on the a-10s.

I've seen it one other time. When the NYAG was going to fly over to Germany in the late 80's with their A-10 (now F-16) they had two of those type fuel tanks on them. They were huge.

I finally got all the names right and labeled in the official/frontal shot.

Approximately 51 weeks to the next Thunder over Michigan.

I was just pointing out to the WIX guys where the rod usually saws through the case when the Merlin inevitably fails :twisted:
