Hello All,

I have mananaged to post my Thunder Over Michigan pictures. I haven't finished adding titles and captions, but the pictures can be viewed. You can find them in this webshots album...
http://rides.webshots.com/album/551940724RBBwqy

Webshots has changed their set-up recently. To view the pics in the album I recommend you use the slide show feature. To do that go to the album via the link above. Click the first thumb nail. At the bottom right of the picture on the page that appears are a set of icons. Click the one for the slideshow. This will take you into the slideshow page for the album. Click the play button at the top of the picture. Sit back and watch the show.

Looking forward to your comments.

Mike

P.S. In case you don't have much time, here are a few teasers...

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

Great pics Mike! How did you get the high angles on Thunderbird?

If I am not mistaking, Mike got those shots of Thunderbird and the high shots of the B-25 from atop our Tracker. Great pics Mike, do you have anymore shots of the Tracker?

There was one of those portable ladders/raised platforms parked beside the nose of Briefing Time on the Saturday photo tour. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I took advantage of it to get some different angles.

Unfortunately not. There are usually 1 or 2 airplanes at each show I go to that somehow I don't many to get decent shots of. Unfortunately for Thunder this year the Tracker was one of them. At least I got a few statics.

You are welcome! Where are you based?

Regards,

Very nice job Mike, I've still yet to barely look at the 26 GB's worth that I took. Maybe this winter :(

I've got a few of your Tracker, when I get a chance to sort through, I'll send email them to you.

For now, I'm off to the Reno Air Races tomorrow evening for the next four days :D
