Warbird Information Exchange

By short Constellations I mean 049, 149, 649 and 749 versions. As far as I can tell, either just one or a total of two are still actively flying, but I get conflicting information from Web sources. One of the airplanes would be the just-completed-restoration "Bataan," but is that the only flyer?

There are only two active/flying Constellations total in the world, those being the HARS C-121C (L1049) Super Constellation VH-EAG in Australia, and Rod Lewis' VC-121A (L749) Constellation N422NA in the US. No other Constellations are considered flyable at this time - others that were up until more recent years, have either now been sitting static for several years or more, or are in the process of being restored for return to flight (Columbine II).
