Indications suggest, but not yet confirmed, that B-17G
Yankee Lady, operated by the Yankee Air Force, has also received approval from the FAA to return to airworthy condition. The confirmation seems to come that the YAF is again selling rides on the airplane beginning on July 7:

The Yankee Air Force earlier cancelled the summer flying schedule for the B-17, including an Oshkosh appearance, in April as news of the pending FAA AD surfaced. Now, perhaps there is a chance that
Yankee Lady will appear at Oshkosh after all.
What seems more important, though, (if true) is that the four operational B-17s (
Yankee Lady,
Ye Odle Pub,
Sally B, and
Sentimental Journey, were all closely inspected as per the AD and none were found to have issues with the innermost bolt of the wing terminal fittings. Perhaps this suggests that the FAA will be satisfied with the structural integrity of the wing attach fittings and consider what happened to the EAA's
Aluminum Overcast in April 2021 as an outlier.
We shall see.
