I remember this one showing up at the Olympia airshow. I talked with one of the retired Navy crew, and they told me the thing had no working ejection seats:
Nice to see some still fly. A question...how are they as a warbird in terms of practical stuff...parts, maintenance, servicability? Reasonably easy to live with for a civil, non-commercial warbird owner/operator? Concerning those issues, how do they compare with other types?
I think the ones operating in Europe are Canadian registered? Based in Germany (?), tho I think I saw something about them flying in the UK for a few days recently, providing targets for our mil to practice shooting at!

John - as a T-33 owner once told me, "purchase price is just a ticket for admission". I had asked him about owning a F-100 (there were a couple for sale at that time for fairly "cheap") he just laughed and said even a T-33 is an easy way to burn through money on a good day!
