On Saturday, June 3, 2023 the Connecticut Air & Space Center (with the assistance of about 15 members of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers) came out to assemble the museum's O-2A Skymaster. On loan from the the National Museum of the Marine Corps. It was a great day of camaraderie and a shared passion for preserving aviation history. She is now on display, making her the 7th full airframe we have on display! (Not including the cockpit cab section of the S-60. That would make, like 7.25 aircraft.) Enjoy!
