Thanks for sharing that, it was a good listen. It certainly answered several questions I had regarding the conservation efforts and eventual display. I love that they are gong to such great lengths to conserve Flak-Bait's originality while sympathetically repairing damaged areas like the moth damaged insulation.

I saw the nose section on display as a teenager in the early 90s. Not sure that I will ever see the entire plane assembled together in my lifetime.

When FB was moved into the restoration area some 10 years ago, I was thinking to myself how great its going to be to see it in one piece again. Now I realize that was just a pipe dream and that I will be long gone before that day comes.
