The prop shaft looks like a Jumo.

If the numbers in the last photo are 9-217.xxx-xxx it may be a part for a Dornier Do 217.
If the numbers in the last photo are 8-211.xxx-xxx it may be a part from a Jumo 211.

The flat aluminum panel looks like something produced by Junkers - they used that yellowish anodizing process on stringers, etc pretty extensively, based on recoveries I've seen. And the rusted panel reminds me a bit of an MG 81Z ammo shield from a Ju 87D rear cockpit, although I don't know if that's correct or not.
