Hi All,

We’ve posted our galleries from the Planes of Fame 2019 Airshow. This year was our first time shooting with media access and we took advantage of the opportunity to shoot from a variety of locations in an attempt to approach the show from, literally, a different angle.
I’ve also posted a few flightline walk-around videos as well as show footage videos to my gallery. I changed my approach to the audio soundtrack of the flightline videos, this time syncing an appropriate music soundtrack to replace the distracting cacophony of sounds of the original audio.
If you are interested in STATIC shots of the aircraft, the majority of those images are at the beginning of my Sunday gallery.

Beautiful photos. Thanks for taking the time to post them.

Does anybody know if the plan is to bring the PB4Y-2 back to WWII configuration?

Thanks,

Mac

PLEASE tell me you’re going to do this for OSH this year - I’ll leave my camera at home!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Glad y'all are enjoying the galleries!

Garbs/Chris - unfortunately neither of us can do Oshkosh this year so we'll be relying on all of you for the photos - So, please DO BRING YOUR CAMERA!!
Bummer, but we gotta work - unless the Gates Foundation wants to underwrite our airshow photography as a full-time PAYING gig!! :D

I don't believe they plan on changing it much from what it looks like now. However, I do think they plan on adding to it to make it more 'authentic'.
