Looks like 37-307, which (per Baugher) was w/o on October 19, 1942 in Raleigh, NC. AAIR lists it as a takeoff accident, nose-up; it also lists another accident on January 10, 1943 - takeoff crash, engine failure at Jacksonville AAB. Anyone have the microfilm on these?
