Over the years I've gathered a lot of photos from the net showing the aircraft owned by Earl Reinert. The final disposition of some of them has proved elusive. Case in point: One of his C-45s, nicknamed
Burma Roadster, turned up in 2011 at an abandoned farmhouse in Aurora, IL west of the airport:

Anyone know how it got there, and if it's still around?
ID on this one is unsure; I recall Earl had four Beeches at the museum at different times; two AT-11s and two engineless regular twins. One was D18S s/n A-20 N44612, and the other was
Burma Roadster. Earl once told me this was an early build, but I didn't note the serial number; however, Geoff Goodall's list shows a possible match in AT-7 41-21146/N65499/N53X, but that N-number is listed on Aerial Visuals as JRB-1 c/n 1095

. Can anyone verify? Taigh?
