The highway signs indicate an area southeast of Phoenix...near Chandler. Is this the former Chandler Memorial?

Kind of a surprise to see everything wide open; I thought the tribal police were going tooth and nail after anyone going near the place?
Wouldn't mind having the lounge seating out of that DC-7; didn't know it had any interior left.
