Sorry no points of contact, but I offer:
1. Bone yard at Davis Monthan as the obvious choice. Hundreds of A-6/EA-6Bs in several catagories of long term store.
2. NAS Whidby Island. With the draw down of the EA-6B in Navy Service (Marines a few more years to go), there may be some non-flyers left there.
3. Naval Ballistics lab, China Lake, CA. A recent google maps overhead shows 3 A-6's in the ballistics lab bone yard without wings, but wings may be in one of the piles (but might be full of holes

). Castle Museum, the Midway museum and other museums have had some recent luck getting aircraft and parts from there.
4. Cherry Point.
In years past it seems the Oakland museum had a pretty good realtionship with the Navy- granted things were much easier when the Aviation depot was active at NAS Alameda....
