I photographed the two Cansos he is talking about, N4NC and C-FOWE, when they landed on Halifax Harbor 14 May 1986 on their flight across the Atlantic to commemorate the 1919 first ever flight across by the NC-4. The three original NC flying boats did land in Halifax on their way in 1919.
