I had not seen this many warbirds since the days of the Arapahoe County Airport airshows in the 1980's.

The rain and thunder started just as the airshow kicked off - so many of the attendees made a few passes then beat it out of town ahead of the storms. Probably wise given the hail events over the past couple months.
