P-38L (F-5G) IN ECUADOR

Tue Mar 18, 2014 10:49 am

I recently receive two slides from David Husher. He took these at Guayaquil Ecuador In'l Aprt in 1963. Based on the markings and antenna arrangement I believe this to bo N501MH, 44-271832. Additions and corrections will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have photo's of N504MH and N505MH (Ex-N62350) that have the same set up of antenna and second raised cockpit.
In P-Screamers by Kevin Grantham there is a picture of N501MH and later as N517PA with Pacific Aerial Surveys. It has the same antenna set up but does not have the second raised cockpit.
