I am living the dream right now flying a Bf-109 on the new game called War Thunder for the PS4. If you don't have a PS4 or don't play Warbirds online you have to see this video of the gameplay. FW-190's, Typhoons, Yaks, Zeros, B-17's, Mustangs you name it they have any warbird from the 1930's until the end of WWII.

Here's a trailer for the game.

Are you able to use realistic controls (stick, throttle, pedals) with the PS4, or are you stuck with that little two-fisted thingy?

I still fly Il2 1946 with the new mods it looks great and flys great. I have rudder pedals and a throttle quadrant which makes for a lot of easy kills when flying online against those with just joysticks or even worse just keyboards either way many meet my ME109 G-6's cannons! You should check it out its only $9.99 for a download copy on GOG.com which is where I got mine .

I've been flying on PC for quite awhile now, and it's the closest you can get to true dog fighting in this day and age. The only downside is the capability for people to play with a keyboard and mouse, which gives those players a bit of an advantage with aiming, but that can be negated by plenty of hours behind the joystick. Here's the website for those interested: http://www.warthunder.com

Ground Forces (Tanks) are being implemented in the near future as well. Oh, and some gameplay pictures, just because. (All pictures by Gaijin or WarThunder forum members, I've yet to take any myself.)
