Tulsa highways are badly marked, and in constant rebuild. The city itself is in as much blame as the transport driver/company.

From the pictures, it looks potentially repairable. Of course that's easy for me to say sitting in my living room...

Yeah, looks to be repairable. And if not, would provide 90% of parts to quickly complete and restore another one. Let's hope they can repair it!

According to the article, one of the cables securing the rotor blades failed allowing the blade to flip up into the sign. Don't see how Tulsa highways are to blame for this one????
