My pleasure ... I had posted scans eons ago on another forum, and after about th' 5-hunndreth req ust (I had long since deleted the images from my photobucket account, and had "lost" the scans, though I still had my hardcopy) fr a rposting, Ifinaly did #it!

To ME, the paper sliding out of the typewriter roller at the bottom is the funniest part, and brought back memories of staying up all night typing up research papers as a history major. You're dead tired, you forget to make a 'warning mark' on the paper and you get to the bottom and %&$$#@m if the damnthing don't *&%$-up on you. No choice but to get a new piece of paper and type that page again ...    No computah's and WERD back then dayz!

I'm curious about Caleb's address - Morrisvile, PA

Morrisville is a quiet little town in SE Penna just across the Delaware River from Trento, NJ.

I wonder if there is some signifcance to that choice

There should be a disclaimer at the bottom: "Reading this may cause brain damage" :D

GUYS

THE CALEB FLECK "LETTER" WAS COMPOSED BY A CHANCE VOUGHT FIELD ENGINEER. IT WAS PRINTED AND COPYRIGHTED BY THE CHANCE VOUGHT COMPANY AND HAS BEEN CIRCULATED AROUND THE WORLD FOR THE PAST 60+ YEARS.

NO PROBLEM IN USING IT JUST BE SURE THAT VOUGHT IS CREDITED WHEN IT IS USED.

Thank you for the heads up and welcome to the WIX, Mr. Atkins! I read your book, "Fighting Scouts of the 8th AF" a while
back and I'm curious as to when volume 2 will be out?
