Here are some more Buffalo's per request ... Just to show you all that I won't allow the "Ebay evildoers" to win, or is it "Ebay terrorists" to win? ha! (BTW all these photos should be up on Ebay for sale very soon, so act now and I'm sure you'll receive a nice WIX member discount.

Seriously thanks folks for the support and words of encouragement to continue to post. It's just for some fun and enjoyment for all of us. Nothing really to get worked up about I guess. Some of us 'thin skinned' dudes need a bit of support sometimes.

Question for the experts, why are we not seeing an F2A Buffalo being restored or recreated to flight? By the looks of these photos the airframe really doesn't seem that difficult a design. Just an observation. Chuck Wahl? how about it

Awesome! It's such a funny looking plane, too bad there weren't more that survived!
Jerry

Being a trailbeaker is a dangerous and lonely road, especially when that trailbreaking company is a cross between The Three Stooges and a slippery used car dealers mentality regarding ethics.

On Memorial Day I was watching Robert Taylor/Red Skeleton movie called Flight Command. I think they had F3F's in the movie??? The guns were mounted in the nose. Are the guns on these things in the same place?

Great Pictures! Always a sad story the Buffalo but an interesting airplane anyway!

Maybe proof that given enough thrust even a brick can fly?

Peter
