Warbird Information Exchange

The San Diego Air & Space Museum has posted a large set of aircraft photos on Flickr, donated by Charles M. Daniels. Some date back to I would guess the 1930's. The oldest ones are toward the end of the set. Some of the descriptions say they were taken in Japan, but not all of the ones labeled that way were actually taken there, based on the photo titles.

Flat out, the SDASM's Flickr collection is a favorite place to visit from time to time. They're sharing some absolutely amazing images and they charge what I feel are very reasonable fees for their commercial usage.
