Well, that's it, the airshow season is over for me. Last week-end was the traditional Wings over Gatineau with the Vintage Wings of Canada boys.

It was a spectacular show. The team at VWoC have really learned how it's done.

No one got hurt, there was a crowded ramp jammed full of eclectic airplanes, good weather, and a 30,000+ crowd. Huge success.

And it was good to see your Harvard there, Ollie! Ours is U/S and needs engine work, so we were a bit short of T-6 types.

I had the most fun of anyone at the show, flying the P-40 and filling-in for Rob E in the Hurricane for the formation flights.

Thanks for posting. I was at the air show in 2011 and thought it was one of the best air shows I had ever been to. I couldn't make it there this year (not happy about that), but certainly hope to get there in 2013.
